Drink Hot Water To Lose Weight

  Some people believe you can drink hot water to lose weight. Could this be true? Can you actually drink water to lose weight. Drinking water has been proven to speed up weight loss, but hot water? Lets look at drinking hot water to help shed those extra pounds.

  In recent studies, water has been proven to speed up weight loss. When a study of weight loss, it was shown that people who drank a glass of water before meals, lost more weight over a certain period than those who didn't drink. Now, I am not saying water is the new super diet drink, but if it works in a study, there must be something in it.

  Drink hot water to lose weight, let's see if it makes a difference.
  If I am honest, I find the recent study to be totally useless, let me explain. First things first, some of those who drank water could have been daily runners, or exercised daily, or ate less food over the period of time. It would be impossible to say that just drinking water, helped those lose weight quicker than those who didn't.
  Drinking hot water to lose weight is just another myth, because drinking cold water will probably have the same effect, if their was any effect at all. The only reason I believe drinking water before meals increased their weight loss, was because it made those who did drink, eat less. Let me explain.

  If you drank a glass of water before your meals, you would be inclined to eat less because your stomach would be partially fuller. Water has zero calories and fat, and if you were eating a fatty meal for instance, your intake of fat would be lower because of the water.

  Drink hot water to lose weight. Can it have any affect at all?
  Drinking water during the day is healthy, and you should drink 8 glasses of water each day. Water helps keep your body working in good condition, and some people believe it is good for the skin. Whatever you think about water, it is better to drink your 8 glasses when your on a diet, than not to.

 Water will not stop you losing weight, but in my opinion I have never found it to have a huge difference on my weight loss. If you want to lose weight fast, eat healthier, exercise more and make sure you cut out the foods that make you fat from your diet.
