Motivation is the key to weight loss success and this is what will help you keep going even on days when you're not feeling strong or a bit lazy.Motivation: That is the hardest part with exercise and staying healthy. Not doing the actual exercises or eating the right foods, that's easy, if your motivated. The question is how to motivate your self? here are some tips which should help you out:
1- Be your self:
The first motivation to losing weight should be your self. Yes, yourself. Research shows that most people give up on weight loss activities, due to they simply do not think they can achieve the goal of losing weight and getting the body they deserve, anyone can have a nice looking body, it is just that, the time it takes to get there varies from person to person, you would agree with me that the fat composition in person A's body is different in, at least, the smallest amount from person's body, accept and encourage yourself that you can do this.When you lose weight you know you will feel better about yourself.
2-Goals
Its important to see where you are going to be in the future, so go ahead and vision yourself thin and trim. In fact go ahead and buy some clothes that fit the thinner you, because your gonna reach your goal! Im serious, this can be one of the most powerful ways to reach your goals actually. Go buy at least one shirt that will fit your new thinner body and you will reach your goal because you cannot quit until you fit into the shirt!
Set realistic goals.
Forgive yourself when you had a slip-up.
Reward yourself every time you achieve your goals.
Make it public.
3- Give Praise to your self:
You can keep your weight loss motivation by determine your compliance with goals on a daily basis. You essentially want to give yourself praise for all of your hard work, whether it be a sticker in a notebook or a checkbook in your day planner. If you are handy on the computer you can even create a chart that you update everyday.
Motivation is a game of little battles where the ability to win the fight is in your favour. That is how to lose weight. Stick to a nutritious diet. Be consistent with your workouts. Take it one day at a time. Take it one small goal at a time. You will have a sense of accomplishment that builds your confidence more and more each day. You can get fit. You will get fit. Your belief in yourself will grow beyond what you thought possible.
